What a wonderful spring surprise this post contains. As my little mountain town reluctantly lets a few small signs of spring appear, I was thrilled to study the flowers and soak up their essence. Thank you.
You are most welcome, Janet. I look forward each year to those little bursts of cheer. Currently, our rhodies are at the beginning of their show. Will post more soon. Enjoy, and have a great week! 🥀🌷🌾🌹🌸💐🏵️
The very first photo of the purple blue buds are something I’ve not seen before. What are they? Love them all and have been photographing everyone’s flowers in my neighborhood. Spring is just beautiful. 🙂 Thanks for sharing yours.
Hi, Marlene. You are most welcome. The purple flowers are Grape Hyacinth. My father called them weeds; a rather prolific plant, they can take over your yard. I rather like them and these happen to have come from my parents’ yard. Now, they are sprinkled all over mine. I just love them. They are so cheery. 🙂 Happy Spring!! ❤
Hi, Elizabeth. I’ve heard it’s been a bit gloomy in your area. We are having unusually warm weather on the Left Coast. It’s so cheery! I have been taking lots of shots of our glorious rhodies. I love them. Can’t get enough. Hope spring springs very soon on the Right Coast. 🙂
Such beautiful colors. Your Spring is our Autumn. Enjoy 🌸🍂

I await any blooms here in New England. We haven’t even had leaves yet on the trees. A very very late Spring. Glad to get to enjoy yours.

Thanks, Amy. These are the early birds, but I couldn’t help myself. I had to take a few shots.
